For most of the complexes, pricing varies widely depending on what you are looking for. Some have apartments with and without in-unit laundry; others offer better amenities or even have different layout styles. Some of the apartments I viewed had lots of closet space, others had newly updated appliances or great natural light. What you want from an apartment depends on your needs, and there is an option out there for you. An important note about most complexes is that their deposits are based on the renter’s credit history. It is usually about or equivalent to a month’s rent, but can increase based on credit score or even require a cosigner. All in all, Decatur has options for you.
